This time, it was our distributor Náutica Solymar who installed a Solé engine in this vessel that will sail the Júcar river, a river that crosses several provinces in the east of Spain and flows into the Mediterranean sea.
For this passenger boat, they needed an engine that could withstand long periods of time in continuous operation while offering great propulsion power to the boat, so the chosen one was the Solé SDZ-280 marine engine. The engine is based on a DEUTZ latest generation 6-cylinder engine with turbocharger, intercooler and mechanical injection. It has a power output of 272 cv at a speed of 2300 rpm. Other qualities that are appreciated about this engine are the ease of maintenance and the reliability it offers, as well as the different configurations that can be adapted to the required needs.
The properties that this engine provides are essential in this type of boat: power, resistance, smoothness and low consumption.
